What brands of bicycles do you work on ?We can repair all kinds of brands. You do not have to have purchased your bicycles from us for us to repair, adjust, or install parts on your bicycle. Bike repair is at the heart of our business. We have a full service repair workshop staffed by professional mechanics who are eager to help you with your repair. When you come to us for a repair, you will see that our store has an "open" workshop, where customers watch our mechanics working and ask them questions. We don't want to keep any secrets from you and we don't want bike repair to have a mysterious aura. . We're happy to show you all the tricks of the trade. We do have a service policy and we require our clients to sign a copy of the service agreement when they drop off their bike/(s) for service. Clients are encouraged to read and understand the policy thoroughly, so as to avoid disputes in future. If we fix your bike, and you ride it away, and it doesn't seem fixed to you, or anything doesn't "feel right" you can bring it back and we will diagnose and fix the problem. Our reputation for high-quality bike repairs is VERY important to us and we want our repair customers to be satisfied.

What brands of bicycles do you sell?We sell bikes from Momsen, Signal, Scott, Axis, Avalanche,Giant,Titan, Merida and Silverback. What types of bicycles do you sell?We sell Road bikes, Mountain bikes, Track and Single speed bikes, and Kid's bikes.

Why should i buy a bicycle from you ?We will work with you to find a bike that suits your riding goals at a reasonable price and well within your budget. You will receive the highest level of service and care. When you buy a bike from us, we will provide you with free mechanical adjustments, we provide a free basic fit session at the time of purchase and we will adjust the height, angle, and position of your new bike's seat and handlebars so that your ride is as efficient and comfortable as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American express, and EFT's.

What is your return policy?100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the new, unused item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Any USED accessory, part, or article of clothing can not be RETURNED or EXCHANGED, unless management of Go Cycles state otherwise.

Why should i bring my bicycle to you for a repair instead of bringing it somewhere else?We believe that our work should speak for itself, so ask around! We have a lot of satisfied customers who have had their bikes fixed at Go Cycles. Ask them if they are satisfied, and the chances are, they will tell you "Yes" We strive to provide professional work at fair prices. Because we have an open workshop, you can watch your mechanics at work and know that we are always completely honest and above board (literally). In addition, our work is guaranteed, so if you are dissatisfied with your bike repair, you can bring it back and we'll make the situation right.
